This video is an update on a few things going on in my life, including my new workouts with a personal aquatic trainer and a special announcement! I will be participating in Vlogmas this year, so that means I will be challenging myself to upload a new video EVERY DAY this December up until Christmas. I'm excited for this experience as I believe it will be a fun way to connect with you during the holidays and hopefully grow my channel. Some of the videos will probably be short, but it's OK because it's my first time participating! Check in daily for new content and leave me ideas in the comments if you want to see specific things.
