With the talk titled “We all have our own WHYs”, Ms. Meeta Gutgutia has courted attention on the subtle and hard gender biases prevalent in India. Charting her own journey, she revisited the conditionings of the society and the role that we must play in order to bridge the gap created by our very own society. After establishing a successful business with more than 400 outlets, it was time for her to choose her own mission and climb up the mountain towards a journey of empowering women, empowering girls and our future generations.

Ms. Meeta Gutgutia has been associated with Ferns N Petals (FNP) since its inception in 1994 and has progressively been the inspiration for the innovative and artistic bent of the group. She now has to her credit of introducing Sipping Thoughts, a video platform which engages with a community of women with panel discussions, chat shows, expert opinions and video interviews covering trending news and topics, social issues orbiting around women. Apart from being an indispensable part of the FNP family she is the founding member of “Women Listed” a platform for working women to connect and collaborate.
