I'm a Vietnamese, and actively avoid those areas. It's both way too expensive and dangerous. The only one that bothers to visit those cafe are teenagers or foreigners

This is like a scene from my nightmares that involve trains coming out of nowhere in the middle of the street.... scary. I could never be comfortable there...always paranoid, anxious and terrified.
