WWE 2K24: New DLC Updates, Locker Code & Persona Problems, Plus More New Legends For WWE 2K25!

Join us for the latest news round-up as we take a look at the new tag team entrance for the Kabuki Warriors, plus news on the new patch 1.17 update, and problems with the Scott Steiner Persona Card, plus new confirmations on more legends that are eligible to appear in WWE 2K25 after signing WWE nostalgia deals.

The latest previews for the WWE 2K24 Global Superstars DLC Pack include the reveal of a new tag team entrance for The Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane & Asuka), a new DLC trailer that aired on Smackdown, and confirmation of 7 new Diamond Tier Cards in MyFaction.

Also featured we have a new MyFaction Locker Code that aired on Smackdown which rewards players with 3 cards from the Legends II series, including Andre The Giant, Eddie Guerrero and The British Bulldog.

Looking ahead to WWE 2K25, we also have more confirmations on further legends signing WWE Nostalgia contracts, as Fightful have confirmed that Armando Estrada who is best known as the manager of Umaga recently signed a Legends deal, while former Divas Champion Kelly Kelly has also hinted that she may also be signed.

The WWE 2K24 Global Superstars DLC Pack is due to release on September 18th and includes the following content:

They gotta just give away the Steiner persona card with the dlc going live. Between the McAfee dlc disaster, each patch update screwing up something in the game & the live event screw up & the WCW pack being kinda weak (IMO); giving the persona card for free is the least they can do

From the trailer, it seems like Lyra doesn’t have a new animation for The Nightwing. Personally, it doesn’t bother me too much, especially with there already being good animations to choose from.

I think Visual Concepts, the company which replaced Yukes, probably need to be replaced.

Going forward, maybe 2K need to hire new programmers or get Yukes back.

Yeah 2k needs to get their priorities in order cause I can't even use community creations without the game crashing, deletion utility causes it to crash and trying to edit caws crashes my game and I already deleted my save and uninstalled and reinstalled and still it's broke

I like the fact they've changed the name of the Legends deals to Nostalgia deals. This opens up more possibilities for fan favourites who might not be considered legends but definitely had an impact, like Maven, Stevie Richards and The Blue Meanie.

Fun fact: you can use that Eddie Guerrero Legends card in the "2004" live event to unlock the Sheamus '09 persona card.
