He maximized the hell outta those flavors. He cooked the shell with all the herbs and spices. Sucked all the extra lobster flavor out of it. Then cooked the noodles in the lobsters own seasoned juices and stock.

He did not come to play with no one.

I am a cook I know a little about expensive brands, pans, knives, ingredients. I can say this; This guy only use the most expensive stuff there is for a cook, from his pre-made demi-glace through his knives (Miyabi) pans, ingredients... Only the most expensive! This guy spends lavishly to make his recipes ! Respect !

Fresh pasta, yes. Dried pasta cook in poaching liquid then add to sauce. Otherwise, perfecto. 😊😊😊

That looks delicious! Im always wondering what to do with the left-over stock... also.. isn't it to fishy all togheter? Thats why I usually use beef, veggie or chicken stock, as its not as fish-forward and those are stocks I know what to do with whats leftover 😅
Im also a fan of subtle flavors, I love a good fresh tomato sauce with some sautéed onions, fresh (peeled) tomatoes and little garlic for flavor, topped with some fresh herbs. Sometimes I'll add some sautéed mushrooms and roasted bell peppers (also peeled, im not a fan of the skins of peppers and tomatoes 😅)
