Season 1 of Citadel is decent to be honest. I hope Citadel: Diana will be better after that decent season of Citadel. I also hope that season 2 with Mason and Nadia will be better

Ah! I almost Love this yet-another-remake of "Mad World." It could be so epic! So strong. But when she sings "Mad, " it only lasts for maybe 1 and half beats. No! That's not it. It should last for 4 beats. And "World" should for last 2 to 4 beats. Then it would be perfect.

It's like they crossed Jennifer Garner and Julia Roberts to come up with Priyanka Chopra, who seems to continually end up cast in these ultra dramatic, heart-throbby starring roles in these stupidly intense, ridiculously complicated soap opera thrillers. The protagonists have no good way out of the soul shattering, emotional traps that they had no way to avoid ending up in.

That ending of season one, with the protagonist facing the one way window, with his old wife (Nadia) on the other side, and his new wife behind him, reminds me of the moment in the "6th Sense, " when the protagonist looks around at his blown apart side/back, and realizes he's been shot dead and is a ghost. You knew that moment was coming for most of the whole film, and yet it still manages to be unbelievably painful. Why do we love pain so much. I wonder if that's another one of the many signs we see around us of a rapidly declining civilization.

Chopra is a little bit of an odd choice for a thriller diva, in my opinion, to be honest. I mean, she does an incredible job of the whole emotional thing. She's an amazing actress. Spectacular. You almost forget, you almost don't notice that they also mixed in a hint of Oprah Winfrey - physically she's just a bit chunky for the role. She's kinda the "plus" version. You expect a thriller diva to be extraordinarily lean and supple. I'm sure I won't win any friends saying that, lol. But if nobody says anything, they'll keep casting chunkers in our thriller diva roles without making them slim down for it. "Dude! She was freaking pregnant! In the story even!" Yeah, I know. And if nobody says anything, they'll keep doing that, too, lol. "Omg, you are such a ____!!" True. But I'm an honest ____. And I'm right.
