Top Silent levels are harder than CYCLOLCYC, hardest non-silent is Tax Evasion by (I forgot), but creator decided to remove level from the list. But technically the hardest level ever made is any level with physically impossible things (impossible without noclip, like original Sakupen wall or cube timings on TON618)
