This is the real way to make them:

1 cup and then half of a cup of nutella in a large bowl

crack 2 eggs with the nutella in the bowl and then mix, don't use a whisk because of thickness use a spatula.

When mixed all together put 1/2 cup of flour ( any type of flour ) then mix that with the egg and nutella.

then get a pan and spray baking spray then with the spatula put the mixture from the bowl into the pan.

Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C and then when it is ready put it into the oven for 20-25 minutes.

I suggest 20 minutes if you're a fudge brownie lover, I also suggest refrigerating it until it gets cold because that's my thing and dip milk in it :). hoped this helped, btw if you're wondering if it is dry it isn't. If you do it right it taste better than you can describe in words.

Heyy guys I noticed some of you asking some questions about the Celsius and weight of the ingredients so here they are:


Nutella- 370g OR 13.05oz
2 eggs if they are large eggs, 3 if they are small
Flour - 103 g OR 3.55oz

350 F is 160 Celsius

I used Plain flour, but if you want a more cake like brownie use Self Raising Flour

Buzzfeed, not everyone lives in America or places that use Fahrenheit. So could please add the Celsius temperature as well. Yes I know I could go on a temperature converter but it's more for convenience.

For the non-Americans:
400 grams Nutella
2 eggs
85 grams flour (regular wheat flour is great. No self raising needed)


175 degree Celcius for 15 minutes.

I was able to guess all the ingredients right away. It's pretty obvious. Anyone who bakes knows flour and or eggs is absolutely vital to cakes or brownies!

This is great! I always get SO much Nutella as gifts for my birthday and holidays, way more than I can use. I don't eat it on toast too often; I'd much rather use it on something super-decadent like brownies. Thanks for the idea!
