It would be nice if you showed more of how to do the things you mentioned & gave a bit more info on them. Currently, it's kind of just a bulleted list that doesn't help much as much as it could. Also, this is should be front end optimization for web performance not apps so it kind of muddles the info because you share tips from both types which is a bit confusing. As well as, there were a few topics & terms you just assumed people understood that you breezed over which added some confusion.

Additionally, unrelated to the video: your slogan "diversity. learn. love" doesn't quite make sense or have the right flow... would probably make more sense to say "Code. Learn. Love". Diversity doesn't quite make a clear connection here with the other two, so if you really wanted to include the diversity maybe something more like "where diversity & learning come together" or "where coding & diversity meet" something more along those lines 😊
