As someone who uses a wheelchair and has flown, American Airlines, they treated me great and took exceptional care of my wheelchair. They helped on every layover with transfers and multiple chair changes. The pilots and flight attendance were so kind. They took pictures with us, talked to us and were understanding with my needs for travel. The positive flight experience made our once in a lifetime Mother/Daughter trip even better!
They also upgraded us to first class!!
