It’s not about kicking hard. It’s about kicking quick. Kicking too hard throws your whole body off balance, same with over throwing a punch or jab. There is so much power behind a kick it’s honestly unnecessary to have to kick that hard especially to the head.

Annies round house could kill a person if your legs were strong enough but i still find it weird that they made a titan called the female titan. She doesnt have any overwhelmingly good abilities, just hardening but give or take any shifter could get that with a hardening bottle.
