Operator Replacement Suggestions (ORS):
Gummy/Nearl: Any Guardian Defender.
Texas/Myrtle: Any Vanguard combination.
Typhon: S2 M3. Any Besieger with extra help.
Absinthe/Astgenne/Eyjafjalla: Any high rarity Caster.
Silverash: S1 L7. M3 recommended. Horn, Ines, Totter or Sentinel Defender (with module).

If you don't have SilverAsh, a Sentinel Defender (Like Liskarm, Jessicalter, Blitz) with Module works

Thanks for the guide, very easy to follow! I used GG S2 instead of Absinthe and Ifrit S2 in place of Astgenne (but a Chain Caster really would be much better there, I risked a little bc my Myrtle is high level and tanked that one enemy Typhon didn't kill fast enough). My SA also has no masteries on S1 (like most players, I believe), but with the free slots it's not a problem at all - I just helidropped Skadi on the last enemy. Also, if we proc Pefumer's skill from time to time (idk about AFK at all), the shieldguards can survive.
