Got into weightlifting because of the video you made about Liu at the world champs in Columbia last year. He has quickly become my favourite lifter. Hope to see him at the Olympics in 2024

I know very little about weightlifting, I don't train it, or watch it. But I follow WLH and love every video since back when you guys only had 30k subscribers and I am so happy you've gotten this far! Keep up the good work and keep getting the sport out there

dude is no where near his final form as 102kg lifter. I can see him snatch 186kg, C&J 230kg in near future

I'm always so impressed with the nerves and consistency these athletes have with hitting huge jumps in lifts—my heart races in anticipation of attempting a fraction of this weight and they manage to do it on an international stage with their careers on the line

I wonder what the protocol is when using their singlets. Who gets to use the red ones and who gets to wear the blue ones.

I know this is obvious, but that is 5 plates on each side at your standard gym. Imagine trying to squat that after you built it up ON the rack and him just putting it on the rack. He lifted that off the ground!

Trigger warning for 0:41 lmao
But in all seriousness - wow, we really get to see his power and ferocity with the up close warmup footage! Thanks for the video

Its meaning is 'awesome, badass, super cool'. It consists of two Chinese characters 牛 (Niu/new) and 逼(Bi/bee).

I can't believe I'm saying this, but dude has become Tian Tao 2.0 with much better success rate

So proud of Vietnamese and Thais athletes to lead the ranking of U55, they have come over so mass obstacles. It's a real big pity that these countries media paid no attention and few reslize their phenomenal achievements.

Due to inflation of this man into a chad, 100kg is the new 20kg.

Thought you weren’t supposed to drop empty barbells? Or are these special ones that are immune?

Its a great video however a feel like WLH can still do another or proper video for the 102 cat review. The one that show the real competition between the lifters. The competition was close at one stage i felt like he was gonna lose.
