It amazes me how it took 20 years to figure out what to do with the chunk of land the park is on.

New Orleans is so sad for letting this happen but someone made a lot of money renting out the property to movie production companies smh there’s no way NOLA should be without a park there’s nothing for the kids

Nooo! Before it goes, we need videos of all the rides how they currently are alongside old clips of how they used to be if they can be found.. we need to see everything from all angles. Don’t let it get lost in time..

Probably only because steel and aluminum just got a 25% import tariff. It's worth more now in scrap metal

I remember going there as a kid. Once was with my brother, my aunt, and I. I went for a YMCA camp field trip another time. Ahh, the memories! Oh, how I miss those times! 😢🥺💔 I’ll always cherish the memories of those fun times spent at Six Flags New Orleans! 🎢⚜️✨💛

They should've turned it into an old museum, but oh well.

It’s Ashame they just could of rebuilted it, actually they are saving some buildings for the new project which is a good thing ❤
