Cheap Eats Manila: Warung Indo Chinese Indonesian Restaurant Makati | Beef Rendang | Nasi Goreng. Indonesian Cuisine is one of the most colorful and vibrant cuisines in the world with at intensely bold flavor profile and we are happy to say is easily available for foodies on a budget in Manila at Warung Indo which serves authentic national dishes like Beef Rendang, Nasi Goreng and Gado Gado amongst many others.

Warung Indo was opened 2012 and is currently owned by Maria who is from Sumatera Utara indonesia. I can't believe it took as 7 years to find this hole in the wall restaurant along a back street of Salcedo Village in Makati. Take note this restaurant is open 24 hours except for Sunday so can satisfy your cravings at any time of the day.

From their menu we would highly recommend every single dish that we ordered which was practically the whole menu but the must try dishes are: Nasi Goreng, Beef Rendang, Seafood Kway Teow, Gado Gado, Noodle Soup with Chicken and Mushroom Wanton and Ayam Penyet Traditional Marinated Fried Chicken. For refreshements they have a selection of fresh Fruit Juices, shakes and Indonesian Iced Tea.
