I love this man's voice. I recognised it when I was queuing for a bacon roll, hungover one morning after seeing the Rolling stones at Glastonbury 2013. Found myself stood next to Guy, both waiting for our greasy rolls, and me trying to be casual asking him about his new album was very graceful and warm. I had the absolute privilege of meeting Guy over 10 yrs ago. I ran a bar in Leeds and we had the band come to do a dj set. I’ve never been in a more bonkers situation where myself and guy in a lift taking him to the VIP room. An absolute gent and the nicest “celeb” I’ve ever met. Love him. Even if he is a manc! Haha

That first morning waking up with someone you have been mad about for days/weeks/months is totally amazing. When the first thing you see is them smiling at you, Such a wonderful moment. I said "what would you like for breakfast, I'll get you anything!" "Strawberry yoghurt" was the response. I dashed out to the local shop and we had strawberry yoghurt for breakfast. Still makes me smile, that perfect morning when it is just the two of you and nothing else matters. We spent Saturday and Sunday together and said our goodbyes on Sunday afternoon, texting all that night. Truly smitten, the best days. Bounced into work on Monday. "Good weekend?" Yep, good weekend.
