This is amazing. Not just at musicianship level (which sure it is), but I just had a moment of enlightenment with regards to why she is so great: attending to her concerts is like watching an old friend playing and singing. She achieves a degree of complicity from the audience rarely achieved by anyone, thanks to that closeness and smile.
