4:33 To answer the cammer's question, you'd probably both be found at fault (neither car ever has full control of the lane, we can see the white car is signaling to change lanes & merge behind traffic & if we assume the cammer is also signaling then it's most likely 50-50). *Accidents* happen. Still, using things like the A pillar as a reason for not seeing traffic is an easy fix; consider moving your head slightly to see around obstacles like the A pillar when making passes at highway speeds in dense traffic.

I love this, "Possibly out of blinker fluid." Now I know why some cars do not signal their intention to turn or to change lanes. Obviously they are not stupid-bad drivers, they are just forgetful, and did not remember to fill the blinker fluid tank the last time they got gas.
