Two Motors with FS-i6X - How to Setup FS-i6X for Twin Motor Airplane - Flysky i6x (and i6) Tutorial

Here's how I setup my Flysky FS-i6X transmitter for use with two motors (twin engine airplane), including differential thrust. This process will be the same for the FS-i6 as well.

it would be best (for most) to Disconnect the Positive wire on the servo-wire of one of the ESC's..
Basically Both your BEC's power the receiver (and servo's) and that Can work, but not for all types of ESC's..

Great. I keep this setting for a twin motor boat, I don't think a differential thrust could be more efficient thant a simple rudder for a plane. Thanks for this useful video ;)

Great video - thanks. However, being a newbie to this - a question please? At around 11.50 you show either full throttle or cutting the throttle to zero and then throttle by the Rudder/Yaw channel - what happens if you have say half throttle and then push left or right rudder/yaw? My concern being, I would not want to cut all thrust before turning? Am I missing something? Any advice from anyone would be gratefully received!

Not sure with your transmitter, however with my dx6i. When I bind I place throttle at centre point, that gives me reverse. Like the way you just go to the point, no bull.

This is amazing, and great explanation, very easy to follow! Thank you! Out of curiosity, with this setup, if you are full throttle with the joystick pushed forward and centered, what happens if at full throttle you yaw left or right? Does one side slow down and the other keeps going?

Hi if you have 2esc's with a bec you should only have one 5v feeding the resever as other whose they may cause problems with the resever

Can i program it that if i move my left stick to the left the right motor goes backwards and the left motor forward and whith going to the right the same but than the other way everything?

Great video, I did the exact setup and calibrated every esc separately, but when I connect to channel 3 and 5 one motor doesn't respond and keeps beeping as if it is set to calibration... any ideas?
I am using the same remote and receiver and two motors are same kind
