New Pulse Trigger Effects | Radial/Sweep/Random Pulse

This was a fun thing to code! Now I can make these pulse sweep effects with 2 trigger. Plus a feature that changes the color randomly based on a few parameters.

I don't actually have much practical use for this but still neat :D
