What a stupid question, Can Russia Deliver? They been making modern aircraft for decades. The one thing different about Russia and the US they prefer to get the bugs out before making allot of them while the US likes to make allot of theirs before working the bugs out!

And AL 41F-1 is NOT "5th gen" (I hate that vague denominator). Planned was AL-51, no? That would have given this plane VERY, VERY competetive advantage.
