To prove my point the video shows that you are using Pisco Barsol which is a Peruvian pisco. If you claimed that you are making the best Chilean pisco sour why didn't you make it with low quality Chilean pisco

Chileans don't add egg or bitters to their drink... that's why she said "here is how my pisco sour differentiates from everyone else's"... she's making something somewhat similar to the Peruvian traditional recipe, somewhat similar, and since you are not doing it correctly, then, you don't know what you are making. It's awful.

Edit: there's is only one correct way to make a good pisco sour, and that's following the traditional Peruvian pisco sour recipe.

sorry ma′am but you have to know that the pisco sour is a Peruvian recipe, created in the morris bar from Lima in 1920. this cocktail got popular in Santiago thanks to the Peruvian influence and many Chilean experts recognized this theory like true.
your own recipe is Peruvian cause first this pisco barsol is from Peru and the addition of egg white belongs to the peruvian version only, the rest is just copy. for this I say thanks for promotion Peru .

I like how she says "my pisco sour differs from everybody else's" when she adds the egg white, but little did she know that it's the same way Peruvians make their Pisco Sour LOL!!! It's true, both Chile and Peru make Pisco, but Chilean Pisco is mass produced while Peruvian is crafted, prove me wrong...

El pisco por denominación es peruano, Chile decidió adueñarse de el creando una ciudad con ese nombre hace pocos años. Por lo tanto tu receta de pisco sour es una copia fiel del original, por lo tanto el pisco sour no puede ser chilenoo. I would like to inform better, the Pisco sour is Peruvian and not Chilean...Chile just copy our drink and stole the name of our city to put the same name. The original name of what are you drinking is Aguardiente sour.
