Swedish pancakes with Browned Butter | Crepes

Swedish pancakes with with browned butter 🥞

- 2 eggs
- 2.5 dl wheat flour
- 1.75 dl milk
- 2 krm baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 25 g browned butter

1. Brown the butter
2. Beat together eggs with flour, baking powder, salt and half of the milk
3. Whisk until all lumps disappear
4. Add the rest of the milk and browned butter and whisk together to a smooth batter
5. Heat a frying pan on high heat
6. Fry the pancakes with butter for about 1 minute on each side
