Many veterans wonder can you get more than 100 VA disability percentage rating? This is today's video topic where I also talk about special monthly compensation VA benefits and the VA Aid and Attendance benefit that is available for some veterans as well.

My name is Andy Gross, and I am the founder and managing attorney at the Law Office of Andrew P. Gross. I'm an experienced litigator, veterans attorney, lawyer, and advocate with over a decade of experience. I served as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army, and have dedicated myself and my career to helping those you get the veterans benefits you deserve. I started this firm to serve those injured by the negligence of others, along with Veterans seeking the benefits they earned through their own service.

We believe you were sent by God to us! There are no words to say how much you have done for us! We had 3 other lawyers who said it was an impossible case and 1 lawyer who never kept us in the loop, just terrible communication. We would have been lost without you. But you and your wonderful team just did the most magnificent job and just such wonderful communication. You are like family to us. We love you Andy!

Andrew can you please make a video about what to do for the veterans who were given OTH discharges after coming back from combat and got a diagnosis of PTSD and military sexual trauma and were given OTH discharges for self medicating and then receiving upgrades to their discharge only to have the VA still claim their service was other than honorable. There's thousands of vets that finally received upgrades through the NDRB because of the decision on the Manker vs Del Toro case. We were supposed to have finally been able to receive VA benefits but because many of us accepted SILTs or chapter 10 we're still being considered not honorable for VA purposes. It's fuckin shameful. Most of us were threatened with felony convictions and jail time because we were in extreme pain and didn't know how to cope. Even one time use this was happening.

I may be interested in a discussion..

They blew up two others when we dove into a foxhole in 1951. I’m getting 50% for my hearing loss. They denied me my kidney cancer loss. Served in Korea 51-53. Spent the night of Dec311951 in Hiroshima, radiation exposure denied. Living in an outhouse has nothing to do with it under VA healthcare.

I am at 100% T&P. I am scheduler at 160%. 160% or better give you SMC for homebound. The catch is one of the disabilities must be 100%. The pay is about an extra $450 or so. So it makes sense try if you're close. Also, whenever you apply for an increase, they will re-evaluate all your disabilities. So be careful.

If C&P examining gets 300 per veteran
10 veteran a day = 3000 a day X 5 days = 15, 000 a week X 4 = 60, 000 month X 12 = 720, 000 a year

Also, if you have one condition that’s rated 100 % on its own and other disabilities that are over 60% you get smc too.

the class action suit against VA about having CP exam should done by doctor or NP that veterans can pick. Pay all money out to LHI and they subcontract it out NPR more hands in the pot. Question how does Va pays for C&P exam

I just went up to 170% on April 26th. I still have 2 claims active. I'm being scheduled for c and p exams. Question...should I call the VA and cancel the 2 claims or go through with them? I don't want to make them mad. Thank you

I'm 90 percent, but I get paid at the 100 percent rate, but I'm about to apply for secondary s.c. on my rt. Knee, because I had a s.c. operation on my rt. Tibia in 1991, and now my right knee goes out, and I fall! If I get an increase, will the V.A. only give me 10 percent, and no money?!!

I'm trying to get SMC T because Neurocognitive Disorder is a serious. Also for the residuals of TBI. This and R- are the highest.

This guy is solid. Unless you have missing parts leave your 100% rating alone.
