Can only be obtainable when you complete a level 88-100 mission
AFTER you complete SSD 4 on Twine Peaks.
An example on the perks:
Legendary: +30% Damage
Mythical: +35% Damage
Legendary: +42% Fire Rate
Mythical: +50% Fire Rate

On Elemental perks
Legendary:
Phisical +44% Damage
Energy +20% Damage
Mythical
Energy +25% Damage
Phisical +50% Damage
