Regarding the Arch angels:

Gabriel=The Moon
Raphael= Mercury
Anael= Venus
Michael= The Sun
Samael= Mars
Zachariel= Jupiter
Cassiel= Saturn

Look on Wikipedia for the traditional Catholic interpretation of what these 7 archangels represent. You will find a correspondence to the topic discussed, as they are most definitely allegories.
