I feel like Vanelope's thing is actually normal when you consider the fact

1. She's in her own video game, therefore any damage done to her is reversed

2. She's glitchy so that tooth probably just glitched back into place

Fun fact: you showed four pictures of "Nala" with different colored eyes, but the bottom two were actually Kiara, her and Simba's kid. Nala's eyes also do change color in the movie, but is only one or two frames, where the blue momentarily turns green.

Vanelope's easily explained by the magic of video games. Whenever she changes an animation, her model updates and loads whatever is in the ROM, so new tooth.
Idk if you've had an NPC stuck in a weird way, but if you manage them to do something, they reset back to normal.

Simple. Spongebob and Patrick sprayed their helmets and water with their invisible spray.

In The Lion King one are we just going to ignore that one of those pictures are Kiara not Nala

With the Wreck it Ralph mistake, you could argue that because they’re in a video game, the tooth reappears because they’re pretty much immortal.

The fact that the editors couldn’t catch these mistakes, yet everyone else can

Considering some of these are made frame by frame, I'm surprised the animators didn't catch more of these
