Mr.PMJM inorder for you to allocated the funds to initiate the projects going. You as a CEO of NEC should be in a better position to verify the certified contractors to undertake any tangible developments. Instead of releasing the money your cabinets have not done any proper screening that's when monies were paid into and the contractors were not doing the repair and maintenance of the road properly.

and that is the difference between Morobe and Madang. The cooperation between Lae MP and Morobe Governor has seen a lot of road work done within only 2 years in Lae city. Yama and Kramer needs to work together. The PMJM is actually indirectly expressing it in his statement
