I’m curious how product lay style photos would do instead. And of course would need some A/B testing to find that sweet spot between authentic and polished. But I’m thinking- like Pinterest. I feel like way more traffic comes to Amazon from there vs YT. I think I personally would only click on a YT style review video if it was a higher priced tech gadget that I needed more info on versus like a stroller. Moms want pretty, nurturing, soft aesthetics. I’m a photographer for reference and just got accepted- figuring this out too!

I'm a fairly successful YouTuber and I do thumbs on all my Amazon vids like I do my YT vids.
I think it DOES make them pop.
Your examples before and after you started doing thumbnails are dramatic.
I see how they could help drive clicks
Having said that... I thought using Amazon product "screenshots" were a no-no.
Is it OK to use them?

Great video bro! I’m in the exact same situation, I’ve been testing the YouTube style thumbs with vibrant colors, glow, mouth open etc and haven’t seen much of a difference but I was thinking the same thing if I can stand out it may be worth it

I got approved for onsite commissions two days ago. I have 20 videos up so far and I am very excited to continue building my library. But - tagging products… Should you just tag the one that is featured? Or - should you tag that product in every listing you can find for that specific product. Not similar items - the exact items - just different sellers/listings?
