Swedish driving lessons in English or how to turn left at traffic lights OR turning left at a red light OR turning left on green light OR turning left on green light without arrow, this is the video to watch.

Welcome back to another interesting video, where we're going to discuss the most important and most challenging aspect of driving lessons. That is how to turn left at a traffic lights or turning left at a red light or you can also say that turning left on green light without arrow.
We will go over a practical example, so you will know what to do and what not to do when turning left at a red light. Lets go to the practical example of left turn driving. Early in the morning, when many people have to leave for work or drop off their children at school, there is a lot of traffic. This is the time of day when you need to have extra patience while driving. There's a red light coming up and we can take a left turn here. There is no green arrow. So this left turn is quite risky and interesting. First observe the traffic situation. There are not too many cars on either side of the road, but quite a few are in front and behind it. From the mirrors, you can see. To begin with, you need to indicate early so that surrounding drivers and people are aware of what you intend to do. Especially those oncoming cars and those immediately behind you. So indicate and wait for a green traffic signal. The other thing you can do while waiting at a red light is to observe if there are any pedestrian or bike crossings parallel to the road where you are making a left turn. As you can see, there is one. Now, carefully observe whether anyone is waiting there to cross, since pedestrian green lights will also turn on when there is green light without an arrow. Therefore, when green lights are on, maneuver your vehicle slowly while continuously indicating left. Give way to all vehicles coming in and planning to go straight in this situation. If there is an oncoming vehicle turning left, you can also turn left simultaneously. But keep in mind that pedestrians and people with bicycles and scooters should go first. Wait, check mirrors, and observe both sides of the pedestrian crossing. If safe, cross the road slowly, and then drive at the maximum allowed speed. You can see here that the speed limit is 60 kilometres per hour.

So let's recap what you learned from the driving lesson of left turn or how to turn left at traffic lights?1. Turn on the indicators early and keep them on. 2. Observe pedestrians, scooters, and cyclists. 3. Oncoming vehicles going straight should give way or yield to the oncoming vehicles 4. Keep your speed low until you pass the pedestrian or cycle crossing. 5. Before turning, check your blind spot a couple of times.

That's all. Practice with your driving instructor keeping all these 5 points of turning LEFT on green light without arrow. I hope this helps you pass your drivers license test. If so, please like and subscribe to see more valuable driving lessons like this. I will see you in another interesting video of left turn driving when there is a green arrow present. Until then, keep learning and good luck with your driving test. Take care, bye.

I have always had this question and wanted to understand such a situation. Thank you so much for this video. However I have a question. I observed that the cars ahead crossed and took the left turn when it was red. Most likely you also crossed similarly (assuming this because oncoming traffic had stopped). The question is, where should we stop the vehicle while waiting? And by the time we take the left turn, some other signal will be green (either for traffic on left or right). So how is this decided?

But if there are no oncoming vehicles, we can ofcourse take the left turn isn't it?
