Today at Jocas Kitchen, we will make a traditional roe cod caviar spread TARAMOSALATA. Taste Greece's Best Caviar Spread. It is a dish from Greek cuisine called Taramosalata. This Taramosalata or Tarama recipe is salted and cured roe of cod, and carp, mixed with olive oil, lemon juice, and a starchy base of bread and usually served as part of a meze with other Greek appetizers. And it is a creamy and delicious caviar spread. Accompany it with fresh or toasted bread. You would like to serve it with salads. The color varies depending on the roe of the fish; it goes from intense pink color to a brownish color. Not changing the taste.

Ingredientes:
150gr de masa de el pan. sin la corteza que retiraremos sumergiendo en agua,(como en el video)
1 litro de agua.
1/2 cebolla roja.
75mll agua.
100gr huevas de pescado en conserva(de bacalao) caviar.
1 y1/2 limones amarillos, su jugo
50mll aceite de oliva
100mll aceite vegetal
4 aceitunas kalamatas.
Preparacion.
poner agua en la cacerola y poner lo panes a remojar. luego que se empapen bien sacar y retirar la masa y esprimir. reservar
rallar la cebolla y esprimir bien, reservar
agregar en el triturador la cebolla, el pan, las huevas de pescado, aceite de oliva, jugo de limon aceite vegetal y moler por 3 minutos.
cheque que la consistencia este bien suabe y cremosa. si no darle 3 minutos mas.
disfrute.
