Michael Dezer (USA) restored the longest car ever after buying it at an auction. The original car was used in movies and at displays and now, after two years of restoration, the car is back to full health. With a hot tub, a helipad and room for up to 75 passengers, this car measures at just over 100 feet long!

You can view the car on display at Dezerland Park Orlando, Florida.

Driver who has to make a U-turn: "This little maneuver's gonna cost us 51 years..."

I remember this car from when I was a kid checking the GWR book out from the library. I saw a video about how it was rotting away a few years back. I'm so glad it's restored better than it was before.

Always would see this thing just rotting away for years. It was right behind a fence next to a Sears and just wondered what would come of it. Saw it disappear one day and thought it was sent to the scrapper. But I’m so glad it’s been revived to it’s former glory and ready to put some miles on it!

I wonder if it comes with an _extended_ warranty?

Even though it's difficult to do, Id still like to see some footage of the vehicle making a wide turn

They should've installed an accordion system to it similar to some Buses. Then it could turn better.
I know it would be a bit different than the original car; but it would be so much more functional on the streets.

As a 80s and 90s kid I totally remember this car! Great work and happy to see it back in action, hope it stays that way this time around. Possible to charter this land-yacht next time I'm in Orlando? 🙂

Didn't think that there is even one sane person in the whole world who would take this kind of project and succeed doing such an impressive restoration work after I've heard about the car's former condition, it seemed like it was the end of the road for this one. Simply amazing!

I’ve always heard about the car but never really knew what happened to it. When you hear the story of it, you say to yourself “Wow”. I say, it was a car that was something really crazy for its time.

Do 'Guinness World Records' award themselves a 'Guinness World Record' for awarding most number of weirdest world records year after year😎🤔

Dezer is one of the worlds most amazing car guys. He owns the largest collection of James Bond props and vehicles, and even built the Porsche design tower. I am not surprised he’s a part of this. I idolize him actually, as an architect myself.

When the driver arrives at the destination, those sitting in the back arrive the day after

They should have created a sort of telescoping system that allows for segments of the vehicle to collapse into itself whenever it needs to be moved/driven.

Shame that the poor car was in that terrible condition. Shame on who let that happen to this old legend. It's a living piece of history and a mechanical marvel. Gotta give props to Mike and the team who repaired it. Fair play lads. Thank you for repairing the old girl

It would cost a fortune going thru the toll booth where they charge by the number of axles.
