A little tip, when you run, its not really about turning your hands as it is putting your other hand on the wall and pushing straight down.

I'm right handed but I always use my left hand for main wallrunning. I just partly learned how to do it in about an hour and really this video helped. PS: you can get an account on sidequest on ur pc for free and in the settings if you have ur headset plugged in, you can go to where it says refresh rate and set it to 60 HZ
