Ashly’s been fantastic in this game so far! She projects more confidence in this game, but also like really… stressed and pressured by what she’s doing, Ashly sells perfectly how physically and mentally demanding this game’s quest is for Aloy.

It really speaks to why we love Aloy as a hero, even since she was a child just flinging herself head on with almost infinite determination at any task no matter how monumental in scope and difficulty, an infinite determination that really gets ahead of her personal limits at times.

There’s nothing I love more than seeing actors love and embrace the video game characters they bring to life. It’s why I love Daisuke Tsuji (Jin Sakai in Ghost of Tsushima) and Roger Clarke (Arthur in RDR2). Ashly seems to be just like them in this regard!

Varl is so wholesome and he always unintentionally makes me laugh. I’m glad they gave his character a lot more development in this game. I’m also loving all of the other side characters.

Voice actors deserve so much more re credit than they get! So many of my favorite characters and stories are from video games and animated series/movies. the VA behind those characters earned the majority of the credit. We really should praise the great ones and invest in more of the younger and/or less refined. Or search for the great ones that just haven't had their opportunity
