Honestly this channel is a breath of fresh air compared to other channels. You showcase a lot of cuisine from other countries and budget to high-end restaurants. On the other day, I saw your video at Habibi, and I was amazed at the spread of food that I'm completely unfamiliar with such as labneh, kofta, fatoush. Honest commentary is also very appreciated

I think I make the best tuna melt! Mix tuna with dill, garlic, finely grated onion, minced green peppers and mayo plus salt and white pepper . Toast bread lightly and top with tuna mixture. Top with dill havarti or dill Gouda and broil until melty and bubbly. It’s perfection 😍😍
