2nd route first time seeing it was when Jerry Rice and Tim Brown ran it with the Oakland Raiders. I loved it.

Witnessing these colossal athletes in action is a constant reminder of the sheer power and determination that define American football🏈

I don’t know how it’s possible for a DB to cover some of this man

Your a great coach for these youngins coming to the game. Separation is the biggest part of a receivers success on making catches and plays

All 3 routes can create havoc for the defender if the receiver runs them correctly, it seems that they'll be hard to stop the receiver from getting the ball, excellent content.💯👍🏼

That curl route is low key my favorite. Act like your doing a streak so fast and just boom go back down that shit will leave you a lot of room to catch and go to the left or right!

The stop and go works great! I use to do it in backyard football all the time!

My route tree goes 0-9.
0- turn around and face the QB stay behind the LOS, don't move.
1- 5 yard curl
2- 5 yard out
3- Slant. 3 steps and then break
4- 10 yard out
5- 10 yard curl
6- fake like you are running a 9 then break a couple of steps to the sideline and then come back to the ball. Feel free to throw up your hand like ur calling for the ball before you break the route off.
7- Post. Literally run at an angle where ur and point is the goal post.
8- Corner 10 yards up the field then break to the corner of the end zone would be your stopping point.
9- go route

Then we have go routes. A go route can be anything. 1 and go. 3 and go. 4 and go. And then of course there are other routes as well but that's the main tree.

As a db return route is a pretty good one to run if your good at taking fast cuts or even a whip route

I’d say the most important ones other than those is a drag, cuz drags is the most EASY route to learn but yet the most effective cuz u can gain big YAC out of it cuz nobodies expectin it, I would also say slants too, but not no reg slant, like a VICIOUS slant with the hard outside toe slant depending on which side they line u up in, last one would prolly be a 10-15 yard inside dig dive, which basically run straight 10-15 then go straight left or right depending on which side u lineup on

When I play Madden, I usually try utilizing Hot Routes and go for the one route that can help create separation between the receiver and the defender.

It's crazy how this guy's routes look so much more clean. And the recievers aren't even doing the full motion they just using raw speed 😅. And still getting separation, I would switch to Safety so fast.
