Dear Dr. Ebraheim, I had a very strange high impact fall about 15 years ago.  It was very unusual as I did not fall INTO a 3 ft. hole, but rather fell on it.  It was on thick floor board and I fell ON the hole which was covered with drywall.  My body fell forward as did my legs.  My upper body hit the thick floor board about 6 inches from my neck, while my feet were caught at the other end.  My body twisted and thank God my son was in the other room and was able to pull me out.  For the next two months I had a very difficult time breathing.  (Have since been diagnosed with HONEYCOMBING OF LUNGS, but was told by a pulmonologist I should have been dead in '16).  Anyway, my hip is ripped up and the femur feels as if I may have fractured it vertically.  A bone scan was recently done and all I was told is that I have arthritis.  IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE FEMUR TO FRACTURE VERTICALLY?  I CANNOT walk well at all after all of these years and no surgery.  Can you PLEASE do  a video on VERTICAL FEMUR FRACTURES?  Also, there are bone growths straight across the upper body on both arms and a rib.  My hands also do not work well since '11.  I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis in the lumbar area.  I am a wreck and been accident prone all of my life.
