This is so creative and wonderfully animated. It's also the first real beginner level introduction to investing I've encountered--it doesn't assume people know what stocks are or that there are investments that aren't in the stock market. Thank you so much Two Cents!

Starting early is the best way of getting ahead to build wealth, investing remains a priority. Even in a downtrend, the stock market/crypto market has plenty of opportunities to earn a decent payout, with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market works.

I think another major form of risk that wasn't really touched on was liquidity or lack there of. Many of those option lock you in for a certain amount of time so it makes it risky if something major happens and you need that money now. Or, more importantly, if the interest rates increase but you're locked in at that smaller rate. You could be missing out

If you have an idea, make that idea HAPPEN and start investing. Trust me, it'll be worth it! :) Hi guys! Let me just share with you a quick story. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started the late night cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And now we have 2 storefront locations in New Jersey and Florida! We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

Oh my goodness, this is just too adorable Two Cents! Well done! You've taken the complex subject of investing and made it nice and easy, and entertaining to digest. I agree wholeheartedly that we need to have a little in all places. and I LOVE that you mentioned to use the saving account just for those rainy day, easily liquid-able, reasons only. My advice for viewers here would be to use the sound advice the Two Cents have laid out so beautifully in this video and then also seriously consider starting a plan B, business idea of your own. What are your talents, hobbies or interests that you know a lot about and that your would have loved to know when you were just getting started? Start there, make a list and then see what ideas come to mind. Maybe one day you'll do so well that your business idea will be in the top 500 businesses that others invest in too!
