Holy smokes, if you work in operations, like myself, this is very, very welcome. What this basically covers is like, say someone on your team is buying a house, or making a huge life change, or something like that, well, before this new service by Rippling, you basically get an email from like a crazy mortgage broker who only cares about their commission and tells you you need a income and employment verification in the next two hours.

And it basically makes your life miserable as an operations person. And this happens quite a bit. It's not just about buying houses there are other things that happen, but I'm just using the mortgage broker example here. And so, it's actually a really nice value-add that Rippling is doing here. They're basically saving all of us operations people a lot of time. So they're doing it with Truework in a partnership, and that's one of their specialties, but it's a great example of how Rippling's technology infrastructure is able just to plug in additional services.

And that's one of the things we subscribe to with them, API app store, the Rippling app store. So kudos to Rippling, you have saved all of us operations people a lot of time, not a value-add or core function doing these income and employment verification checks.
