For those interested I've put together a detailed progression of Charlie's performance below:
1:44 - The headphones come off and I don't think they ever return for another performance. They were just holding him back.
2:17 - A fedora appears on his head. It's not entirely clear how it got there, but don't worry about that because it probably won't stay for long.
4:27 - The leather jacket comes off. It was holding him back more than the headphones. He has more mobility now.
8:20 - The fedora comes off as anticipated. It's almost as if there's one more thing to do...



22:32 - His entire upper body has now become completely devoid of clothing and accessories. It's over - he's going fully ballistic. Rock on.

People who are feeling it, people who are firmely enjoying what they are doing when they are perfoming, not some emotionless and cold musicians that go on stage and merely play their songs. I have seen a LOT of recent shows and these guys at Chop Suey were like nothing else. Their energy is out of control. I swear the last song they were flipping over each other so much they had to scramble back and replug their pedals five or six times but somehow without missing a beat. I will see every future show they do within a 300-mile radius of my house.
