Methods like marinating, curing, and searing transform the delicate flavors of seafood in many ways, delighting the diner’s palate.
In this video, I’ll introduce one such variation of nigiri sushi.

Ingredients:
■ Hamachi (Yellowtail): 200g
■ Tamari Soy Sauce (or regular soy sauce): 5 tbsp
■ Mirin: 3 tbsp
■ Japanese Mustard: to taste
■ Sesame Seeds: a pinch
