Good interview. Not enough to win me back to the Libertarian Party or back to voting, but I find this new approach encouraging. If you want to learn more about some of our insane food regulations and laws I'd suggest reaching out to Joel Salatin for an interview. In case you're not familiar with Joel, he owns Polyface Farms, has written 12 books including "Everything I Want To Do Is Illlegal", and he was on Rogan 2 years ago and spoke at the 2020 LNC convention. I think you two would have an incredible conversation. Rep Thomas Massie also is well versed in our idiotic food laws. Thanks!

I’m glad to see people finally talking about the appalling food laws in the US. The restrictions and inefficiencies imposed on the system by the State are a factor in why prices are so high. Not to mention the damage caused by corporate farming practices and glyphosate.

I was surprised Michael didn't know about the cattle slaughtering thing. I'm a fisherman and I can't trade my fish and crab for steaks and burger processed by the rancher. He has to pay someone to do it for him and cost saving is blown completely out of the water.
