Hi! Ms LV one of your viewer asked if no need of kneading. Your answer is no because you used stand mixer. I watched your video 2x, you did not used stand mixer. Just mixed the ingredients in a bowl until all ingredients were mixed. I’m confused but anyway you have another nice style in forming the dough like spiral. Thank you for sharing.

If I use instant dry yeast do I need to knead (how much time)? And if I use instant dry yeast do I need to proof it longer? Hope you'll notice. Tysm.

I’ve tried it 2x already, super soft & delicious ensaymada. Tried also the same deeg for cinnamon roll perfect…
