WATA Grading and Heritage Auctions EXPOSED For Retro Gaming SCAMS!

After the 6 and 7 figure auction prices of NES games like Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario 64, people thought every Nintendo game was worth a fortune. However, it appears this is scam and a con being done by individuals involved in these companies.

When we had the coin and antique store in the 80’s. Jim was known for his lying in the coin market and having schill bidders to rise prices. He was known to be a con man and scam artist. He just sat back and waited until folks forgot and entered a new market knowing he could run the same scam on kids

The problem WATA grading is they can't verify the cartridge inside to determine if it is a bootleg or not. the boxes seals and plastic shrink wrap is easy to, but the board is expensive and a lot harder to fake.

I saw my first Wata and Otis sponsorship on a Youtube video today with JohnRiggs promoting purchases of shares in Wata graded games. Really turns my stomach when you have a greed fueled situation and a few people that are happy to go along with it so that they can fund some plane tickets to the next gaming convention. Which is exactly the reasoning John gave me when he replied to my comment about the sponsorship.
