4 Crested Dwarf Iris

This month, I am creating a series inspired by the first wildflowers that appear in the spring that I am calling "Whispers from the Ephemerals." In this short video, inspired by my studies of these beautiful flowers, I make an artist's trading card, and I will be posting one a day for this month--as a sort of daily affirmation/word of intention. The art methods I am loosely employing combine meditative line drawing and a therapeutic technique called neurographica, which is a releasing practice. I hope you enjoy it!

At the end of the month, through these daily posts, I will have created a playlist that can be accessed at my YouTube channel. The words inspired by contemplation of wildflowers and the music will flow from one to the next promoting peace and well-being and hopefully will serve as a daily inspiration. I hope you will join with me each day to draw, and to take a breath, and to contemplate the message of the day from spring's first flowers, and also, at the end of the month, to enjoy this collection in full by way of that playlist.
