Jay-Z’s team has emphatically denied that the assault even happened, but says even if it did, the statute of limitations has long passed. So, this buzzbee lawyer, accusing Jay, will have this case tossed because the GMV Law buzzbee filed against JayZ was not enacted until December 19, 2000, and this alleged incident happened in September 2000 which does not go retractive. Another failed moment on buzzbee's end.
