It's pretty decent animation for what I assume is a novice animator.
Also, some of the audio sounds like its played over the video and not coming from GLaDOS and the other characters; like in Portal 2, for example, it feels like GLaDOS is physically talking during the core transfer fiasco and when she is turned into PotatOS and on the gun itself it doesn't feel like narration.

tl;dr
animations alright, camera shots are pretty nice, and the sound editing could use some work. All around 7/10.

twist: it only lit the edge of the box on fire, so it didn't kill the rat, but GLaDOS only finds out after some convenient rain that happens.
