for a 3 star weapon you need to upgrade it to lv 90 too to compare with lv 90 5 star it a f2p weapon already weaker and it still under lvl

White tassel is really good, but only suggested if you have good atk% passives on your artifacts.

leveling up 3* star weapon is a lot cheaper, you should have at least upgraded white tassel to lvl 90 so we can have fair comparison
