People would travel to Russia and the Ukraine because excluding Moscow it was an inexpensive trip now Kiev/Odessa and other cities are as expensive if not more than visiting the rest of Europe and why would you visit the Ukraine for the same price as Italy/England/Spain/Germany etc...?
