Reynold is here not to compete with anybody. He is competing with his mind, between doubt and possibility. This is his highest form of learning and validation. He is trying to push himself to the highest possible limits and test whether his thesis (artistic, delectable, highly intricate visions) can be executed in absolute balanced perfection and critiqued by the most discriminating palate of the best chefs in Australia and soon the world. For me, his passion released and took the soul of cooking to another level. My respects.
